Born in Newport, South Wales in 1954. For over 30 years a self-employed graphic designer, illustrator, publisher and distributed of my own artwork and that of others – usually in the form of postcards and greeting cards. Retail outlets for these extended throughout Britain and included galleries such as the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London, Liverpool’s Bluecoat Gallery, the Cornerhouse in Manchester, the Ikon in Birmingham, Kettle’s Yard in Cambridge and Modern Art Oxford. Internationally I have had regular outlets in the Republic of Ireland, France, Holland, Canada, the USA, New Zealand and Australia.

Teaching Areas.
Drawing using various media. Particularly accurate observational academic drawing with emphasis on scale, proportion and perspective. Architectural drawing and research. Drawing with inks. Basic painting skills. Graphic design. Ideas and idea development. Experience preparing successful portfolios and UCAS support plus statement writing.

Current Work.
Digital drawing and painting on the iPhone and iPad for exhibition and to be published as prints.
