  • I understand that London Art Portfolio operates on a No Refund policy and reserves the rights to re-schedule or cancel classes. For Health and Safety appropriate clothes and footwear need to be considered with care.
  • I hereby give permission to the Director or any other staff member of London Art Portfolio to obtain medical treatment for the person named above.
